Centrally located in Minnesota, the Willmar Lakes Area is the perfect place to live, work and play. With over 360 lakes in the area there are a wide variety of recreational opportunities. There are fun festivals all year round, museums and many other sights to see.
As Let’s Go Fishing enters our 22nd season in the Willmar Lakes Area, we want to thank our devoted volunteers, sponsors, in-kind donors and clients for our successful season last summer. We are looking forward to another fun, heart-warming season in 2024.
As in the past, there will be opportunities to schedule trips on Green Lake.
Our primary client base includes senior residents of care facilities, those living at home with support services, and individuals living independently. We also encourage families to book trips that include a senior, veteran or perhaps a disabled individual. There is no cost to anyone as long as we have a senior on board!
Our strong, committed team of trained volunteer captains and first mates offers our guests the best experience possible, whether fishing or simply cruising. We have received many positive comments and notes of appreciation over the years.
